Explanation of delay in the delivery of the Volla Phone X23

UPDATE: The Regional Court of Münster has granted our request for a temporary injunction. The decision maker of our supplier is cooperative, so that the goods will be delivered tomorrow without enforcement. We are pleased about the decision because of the always good cooperation so far.

Although we have already paid in full for the first batch of the Volla Phone X23, our supplier Gigaset is withholding delivery of the product. This is to obtain payment for another product that is not due, contrary to a contractual delivery agreement. We cannot assess whether other considerations on the part of our supplier play a role. In any case, we were expressly informed that Gigaset does not want to adhere to the existing contract.

We have therefore filed an urgent application for a temporary injunction at the competent court to ensure prompt delivery of the Volla Phone X23. Due to the clear legal situation, we are confident to receive the goods soon.

We regret the conflict with our supplier, which is completely inexplicable to us, especially since the cooperation with the management and employees at Gigaset has always been good and successful. We very much hope to be able to resume our mutual success soon.
